After spending over three years producing radio content at the North Texas NPR affiliate, I got into podcasting.

My first show was a successful celebrity interview podcast. In the last 10 years, I've worked as a host, writer, producer and consultant in the podcast space.

Current Podcasts

COMIC BOOK NOOB
A podcast meant for people who want to get into comics but don't know where to start. Two experts share the basic information about a character, and each 25-30 minute episodes conclude with recommendations.

FOR THE NERD
What originally started out as a standard talk show has evolved into an interview and discussion podcast focused on nerd culture questions. I lead a team of talented people in this project.

Creative Podcasts

Covered  ABC's Agent Carter. Episodes featured an SSR reporter and "commercial breaks" featured 1940s radio ads. Hayley Atwell was a guest.

Part geek talk show and game show. Darth Taxus covered the geek news of the day and challenged the geek hosts with discussions, games, quizzes and challenges.

Story Podcasts

The Crimson Files: I created a action-comedy superhero-themed fiction podcast. I wrote, directed, edited and produced the episodes.
The Crimson Files Season Two: This is the audio teaser for the second season of the series. It was released in the fall of 2019.

For a healthcare client, I was tasked with creating a podcast that would provide simple health advice in an entertaining way. They specialized in health for the body and mind, so I created BODNOG Radio: Good for Your Body and Your Noggin. This is an audio skit from one of the episodes.

For three years I wrote, produced and co-hosted a part story/part talk show podcast with a geek theme. This was a Back to the Future-themed opening.
While running a geek-themed podcast network, I featured stories spotlighting how geek culture impacts people in different ways. I interviewed a colleague named Emily and turned her story into an audio narrative. She talks about how Harry Potter helped her get through challenging times.
